Personally recruited by the President of FXSZ to modernize inventory management and finance functions. Planned and implemented full lifecycle inventory management system, automated the Just-in-Time Kanban monitoring system and restructured accounting processes.

• Implemented factory-wide barcode system and eliminated the inventory differences between actual andaccounting figures for internal products. Worked closely with external vendors resulting in incoming barcode compliance at 95% within a year.
• Planned and implemented new Kanban accounting system and eliminated errors in account payable and established the basis for Kanban vendor expansion.
• Integrated the barcode system with legacy systems resulting in improved KPI visibility and accuracy enabling better reporting and decision making.

Personally recruited by the CEO of FXAP to standardize financial processes across the Asia-Pacific region of Fuji Xerox. Planned and implanted a centralized financial shared services function across 5 countries utilizing Basware connecting to Oracle ERP.

• Worked with organizations across FXAP to create standardized processes meeting both local and FXAP centralized requirements.
• Reduced head accounts from operation companies.
• Establishing basic data for regional procurement services.

Recruited to manage strategic program implementation including the tuning of an Oracle ERP / CRM implementation that did not meet the needs of the organization.

• Replaced problematic leasing system with ABACUS system (custom built) to provide functionality that met local needs while enabling centralized management and reporting at the corporate level.
• Acted as the Thai Fuji Xerox Financial Director in an interim capacity when the former director left with little notice closing the books on-time and accurately.
• Systematically analyzed and restructured the corporate wide Oracle ERP / CRM implementation. Eliminated errors related tariff and costing matters.

Sent by the parent company's president to clear out major critical problems created by previous management and eventually by the requirement of the parent company and closed the company without any reputational damages to the parent company in Japan. Subsequently, established a new corporation for the basis of business expansion in US conducting M&A of $20M employment agency.
